Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients to be scheduled for elective surgery, regardless of gender, aged 18-65 years; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-24 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There were trauma and other stress states before operation, such as fracture patients, indwelling gastric tube or urinary catheter; 2. There are dysfunction of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other organs; 3. Those with glaucoma, myasthenia gravis or allergy to anesthesia related drugs; 4. There are endocrine diseases such as electrolyte disorder, pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 5. Patients who take sedative drugs for a long time or have mental diseases.
