Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All outpatients with positive 13C breath test during 2010-2021; 2. Standard quadruple eradication therapy or probiotic assisted standard quadruple eradication therapy in our hospital; 3. Conduct at least one biochemical examination in our hospital (the biochemical examination time can be before and after eradication therapy, and the main purpose is to screen type 2 diabetes patients according to fasting blood glucose); 4. Reexamination of 13C breath test after eradication therapy in our hospital (the difference between reexamination time and treatment time is more than one month and less than one year).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other serious complications such as tumor; 2. Failure to carry out standard eradication therapy or interruption of treatment due to various reasons; or interruption of treatment due to various reasons.
