Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective laparoscopic radical prostatectomy assisted by intelligent arm; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. Patients with preoperative Pittsburgh sleep quality index (Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI) score >= 7; 4. The patients have clear consciousness and can communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension, neuropsychiatric diseases and obvious abnormal functions of heart, lung, liver and kidney; 2. Patients with a history of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in the past 6 months; 3. The score of preoperative mini-mental state examination (Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE) is <= 17; 4. Those who refuse or are unable to sign the informed consent form for the test.
