Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first IVF/ICSI treatment, the first artificial cycle frozen embryo transfer is planned to be performed in our center, and the first fresh embryo transfer is not pregnant; 2. In recent 3 months, hysteroscopy was performed and no abnormality was found; 3, Aged = 8 mm on the day of endometrial transformation; 5. No follicles >= 10 mm grew during the preparation of the endometrium.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of uterine diseases (intrauterine adhesion, uterine fibroids, endometritis, scarred uterus, uterine polyps, etc.) or intrauterine surgery; 2. There are contraindications to snotron or intramuscular injection of progestrone; 3. Contraindications of embryo transfer and pregnancy; 4, >= 3 spontaneous abortion or embryo transfer failure; 5. PGT patients; 6, Hydrosalpinx, endometriosis, adenomyosis and so on; 7. Other diseases, such as insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, etc.
