Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed as degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis by MRI or CT; 2. Before treatment, the symptoms were lumbago and leg pain, intermittent claudication and lower limb radiation pain; 3. There was no history of lumbar and coccygeal trauma, and no history of spinal surgery. Patients who did not respond to at least 3 months of conservative treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Ultrasonic anatomical structure of the lower lumbar spine display is not clear and high iliac spine can not be implemented L5/S1 intervertebral foramen injection; 2. Suffering from severe heart lung disorders of liver kidney function, blood coagulation dysfunction treatment for diseases; 3. Mental abnormalities; 4. Myocarditis patients with severe inflammation of a portion of the form; 5. Refused to accept the treatment, etc.
