No minimum to 37 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is not more than 37 years old in principle. The age limit can be appropriately relaxed according to the ovarian reserve function and personal wishes; 2. Due to the primary disease and its treatment, patients who need radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or other patients with a high risk of POI in the short term; 3. The prognosis of the primary disease is good, and the 5-year survival rate is higher; 4. At least three days before the start of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 5. Can tolerate laparoscopic or open ovarian tissue sampling surgery; 6. The patient signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The ovarian reserve function was low and had developed to POI; 2. Ovarian malignant tumor occurred before cryopreservation, or the primary ovarian metastasis was suspected by imaging; 3. The patients were in the poor physical condition and could not tolerate the operation of ovarian tissue sampling.
