Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the cranial CT or MRI diagnostic imaging criteria for stroke, as well as the Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria for depression; 2. With gastrointestinal symptoms, a HAMD-17 score of 1 for a single gastrointestinal symptom, and secondary to PSD gastrointestinal symptoms; 3. Aged 18-75 years, regardless of gender; 4. The onset of PSD is 2–36 weeks after the stroke; 5. PSD severity is mild to moderate, i.e., a score of 8-24 on the HAMD-17 scale; 6. Sign the form requesting informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. HAMD-17 score for suicidal ideation with a single factor score of >= 3; 2. Patients with fluctuating vital signs or severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal failure; 3. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, or audiovisual dysfunction cannot complete the assessment; 4. patients who have recently experienced significant trauma and are dependent on alcohol or drugs; 5. Patients on antidepressant medication who have a history of major depression; 6. Patients with organic gastrointestinal lesions; 7. Patients with dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc., may affect the assessment of the severity of PSD; 8. Patients who are averse or unacceptable to music and for whom there are contraindications to acupuncture treatment should be excluded.
