Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control group: Normal control group whose urine storage and urination function was normal, and no abnormal signal was found in the urodynamic map. Experimental group 1: Overactive bladder group who performs frequent uninhibited bladder contractions during urine storage periop. Involuntary detrusor pressure can be seen in the detrusor pressure curve in the urodynamic map. Test group 2: Lower urinary tract obstruction group whose bladder pressure was significantly increased during urination. Meanwhile, the urine flow rate was low and flat, with or without lower urinary tract obstructive disease. Test group 3: Neurogenic bladder group that exist bladder compliance changes, detrusor hyperactivity or weakness. In addition, abdominal pressure assisting urination, and abnormal urine flow curve can be seen in urination period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. T-doc pressure measuring tube cannot be placed due to urethrostenosis; 2. Acute urinary tract infection; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4.
