Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Including outpatient and inpatient patients; 2. According to the clinical examination of Axis I disorder (SCID-I/P) of the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders, 4th Edition (DSM-IV-TR), it is consistent with schizophrenia; 3. Aged 18-45 years; 4. First onset schizophrenia; 5. Disease course <= 3 years; 6. Previous continuous medication <= 4 weeks, intermittent medication accumulation <= 12 weeks; 7. Able to understand the interview content and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of major physical diseases in the past; 2. Past alcohol/drug dependence or abuse; 3. There are contraindications to second-generation antipsychotics such as olanzapine, risperidone, or aripiprazole; 4. Women who need to prepare for pregnancy or are already pregnant.
