Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gliomas graded III and IV according to WHO; 2. Underwent glioma resection; 3. Plan to receive standard chemoradiotherapy; 4. MR imaging within 72 hours after glioma resection and follow-up for one year; 5. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage or encephalitis; ; 2. Contraindicated by magnetic resonance examination; 3. Unable to complete any follow-up.
