Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient aged over 18 years; 2. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia after initial treatment failure; 3. Agree to join in; 4. The specimen meets the requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalization within the last past 3 months; 2. With chronic structural lung disease; 3. Severe immune deficiency; 4. Incomplete medical history or loss to follow-up.
