Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral or spinal cavernous malformation was diagnosed by MRI; 2. Surgery is required; 3. With complete clinical and imaging data; 4. The patient or his legal guardian agrees to undergo surgical treatment and signs the informed consent for the operation; 5. The patient or his legal guardian agreed to collect pathological tissue samples of the patient for relevant research, and signed the informed consent for biological sample collection; 6. The patient or his legal guardian agreed to collect the patient's imaging data for relevant research, and signed the informed consent for the use of imaging data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The size of the lesion is too small, the sample size obtained by surgery is insufficient (insufficient for genetic sequencing after routine pathology examination).
