Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and are confirmed by CT or MRI examination, and are patients in the recovery period of subcortical cerebral infarction; 2. Initial onset, first onset, aged 35-65 years, unilateral limb paralysis; 3. The course of the disease is 2 weeks to 6 months; 4. Without any assistance, you can stand for more than 5 minutes and walk independently for more than 6 meters; 5. Simple Intelligent Mental Status Check Scale (MMSE) score > 24 points; 6. Brunnstrom stage IV-V of brunnstrom of the affected lower limb; Modified Ashworth Spasticity Rating Scale 0 (1C); 7. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cerebral thrombosis, hexadecimal neglect; 2. Previous history of dementia or mental illness, visual and visual impairment, comprehension impairment, or complicated by severe heart, lung, liver, kidney organ diseases, various malignant tumors and other sports contraindications; 3. Those who have experience in practicing Tai Chi; 4. Motor dysfunction not caused by stroke; 5. There are metal device implants or other reasons can not be tested for MRI and surface EMG signals; 6. Other functional disorders that lead to inability to complete training or poor compliance, unable to cooperate; 7. Other researchers who are participating in the results of this study.
