Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aTAAD patients who received open surgery in The Cardiothoracic Surgery Department of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from July 2022 to June 2025; 2. The subjects were male and female, and aged 18-75 years; 3. Signed informed consent and received follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with circulatory failure or cardiopulmonary resuscitation before surgery; 2. Patients with severe cerebral, superior mesenteric artery and limb perfusion before surgery; 3. Patients clearly diagnosed as a malignant tumor, which seriously affects life expectancy; 4. Concomitant serious diseases unrelated to aortic dissection are expected to affect life span.
