Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First onset ischemic stroke; 2. Glasgow Coma Scale score between 9 and 15; 3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment score below 27; 4. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial tumors, intracranial vascular malformations; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Liver and kidney and other organ dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe megaloblastic anemia; 5. The use of drugs that may affect Hcy levels, such as B vitamins; 6. Prehospital thrombolysis, interventional therapy patients; 7. Severe dementia and aphasia affected the investigation and evaluation of the respondents; 8. Patients with a family history of mental illness or mental illness; 9. Cases of occupational exposure to toxic and harmful substances.
