Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 12 years, ASA grade I-III; 2. Patients undergoing general anesthesia without endotracheal intubation; 3. In line with ethics, patients voluntarily took the test and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate effectively with researchers; 2. Complicated with serious organic diseases such as brain, heart, liver and kidney; 3. Suspected long-term use or abuse of narcotic sedative and analgesic drugs; 4. Patients with anaesthetic drug allergy or anesthesia method contraindication.
