Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative laboratory examination, imaging examination and postoperative pathological examination all showed hilar bile duct tumor; 2. The whole body was in good condition and there were no serious organic lesions of heart, lung, kidney and other important organs; 3. The first operation was performed in our hospital, and all the patients underwent extensive hepatectomy combined with total caudate lobe and extrahepatic bile duct.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other anti-tumor therapy; 2. With multiple intrahepatic metastasis, distant metastasis or complicated with other malignant tumors; 3. Postoperative specimens did not follow the prescribed marking and measurement methods; 4. Lack of clinical and pathological data; 5. No follow-up data or loss of follow-up.
