Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for ASD group: 1. Aged 0-6 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ASD in DSM-5; 3. Complete diagnostic assessment of ASD: CARS; 4. Sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for typically developing (TD) group: 1. Aged 0-6 years; 2. No neurodevelopmental disorders through clinical assessment: e.g., autism spectrum disorder, global developmental delay, language delay, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for ASD group: 1. Hearing impairment; 2. Visual impairmente. Exclusion criteria for the typically developing group: 1. Hearing impairment; 2. Visual impairment.
