Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 60 years; 2. Meet the criteria of Fried's diagnosis; 3. Participants who voluntarily participated in the study and signed a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent acute myocardial infarction (3-5 days), unstable angina pectoris, and resting ECG suggest acute cardiac events; 2. Arrhythmias leading to symptoms or hemodynamic impairment, high degree of atrioventricular block without pacemaker; 3. Acute congestive heart failure or cardiac function grade III-IV (New York grade); 4. Aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm or severe valvular disease; 5. Uncontrolled asthma, pulmonary edema, significant pulmonary hypertension or resting oxygen saturation less than 85%; 6. Moderate and severe cognitive impairment and mental illness cannot cooperate; 7. Communication impairment caused by hearing, language or visual impairment; 8. Unable to provide informed consent documents or regular follow-up; 9. In the past 3 months, the daily high-intensity physical activity was more than 30 minutes or >= 150 minutes per week.
