18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gynecological general anesthesia operation expected to take 3-6 hours; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Body condition grade I-II; 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m2; 5. Fully informed consent and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with schizophrenia, mania and other mental diseases or a history of mental illness; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness, have received a spirit of drug treatment; 3. Unable to control high blood pressure in patients with elevated iop; 4. Have other serious system diseases (including serious heart, kidney and liver disease); 5. This study drug allergy.
