Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with untreated WAMD (diagnostic criteria: subretinal neovascularization in macular area on OCT or fundus angiography, including MNV1, PCV and MNV2); 2. Aged > 50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. MNV due to secondary inflammation, high myopia and other reasons; 2. Previous ophthalmic intervention, such as laser, vitrectomy, anti-VEGF injection, or photodynamic therapy; 3. Other fundus vascular diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, venous obstruction, AlON, etc.; 4. History of glaucoma, uveitis, ocular trauma, etc.; 5. Refractive medium turbidity; 6. Patients with serious systemic diseases (such as heart and brain infarction, liver and kidney failure, infectious diseases, rheumatic diseases, blood diseases, etc.); 7. People who are allergic to fluorescein and other drugs.
