18 Years to 71 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Be treated with crestal sinus elevation in combination with L-PRF and rhBMP-2/ACS; 3. Agree and accept the experimental protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking(more than 20 cigarettes a day); 2. Uncontrolled periodontitis; 3. Current or previous use of bisphosphonate; 4. History of irradiation in the head and neck region within 5 years; 5. Evidence of metabolic bone diseases; 6. History of chemotherapy within 5 years prior to surgery; 7. Known or suspected current malignancy; 8. Presence of sinus inflammation.
