Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of myocardial ischemia with no obstructive coronary artery (inoca). The diagnostic criteria of inoca refer to the diagnostic criteria of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) in 2017: (1) Have typical or atypical symptoms of chronic and stable myocardial ischemia; (2) Objective evidence of myocardial ischemia shown by electrocardiogram or imaging under resting or load state; (3) There were no flow restricted coronary artery lesions (defined as stenosis <= 50% of the inner diameter of any coronary artery under the epicardium or fractional flow reserve < 0.8) shown by coronary angiography or computed tomography angiography; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. Voluntary informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of adenosine stress test (including acute myocardial infarction, severe left main disease, unstable angina pectoris, bronchial asthma, hypotension, aminophylline allergy); 2. Contraindications of sonovi (including: Known hypersensitivity to sulfur hexafluoride or other components, heart disease with right to left shunt, pulmonary artery pressure > 90 mmHg, uncontrolled hypertension, adult respiratory distress syndrome, pregnant women and lactating women); 3. Recent thromboembolism; 4. Unstable neurological disease.
