Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors derived from thyroid follicular epithelium, including differentiated thyroid cancer, poorly differentiated cancer, and anaplastic cancer; 2. Inoperable patients: (1) Differentiated thyroid cancer cannot undergo radical surgery, which will seriously affect the quality of life of the patients and cause high-risk complications after surgery; (2) The poorly differentiated carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma that cannot be radically removed by surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 70 years or < 18 years; 2. Combining surgical contraindications; 3. Contraindications for combined lenvatinib treatment.
