Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1. Oncology patients with totally implantable venous access port during hospitalisation; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Informed consent and signed informed consent form. Nurse inclusion criteria: registered nurses working at the implementation site during the survey period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient exclusion criteria: 1. Those with language and communication impairment or mental behavioural abnormalities; 2. Those with port-related complications prior to enrolment; 3. Those with severe organ dysfunction. Nurse exclusion criteria: none.
