Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation according to medical history, physical signs and imaging; 2. Use collagenase dissolution or foraminal endoscopic surgery to treat lumbar disc herniation; 3. Able to express and communicate correctly; 4. Willing to comply with the test process and regulations; 5. Willing and able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of severe mental illness, including severe depression, schizophrenia, etc.; 2. Lumbar infection, ankylosing spondylitis or spinal tumors; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as patients with acute diseases, infectious diseases and malignant tumors; 4. Patients with cognitive impairment or personality disorder; 5. Incomplete clinical data.
