Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure with depressive symptoms group: (1) Age >= 18 years, gender not limited; (2) Patients with certain language expression and comprehension ability, understanding and voluntarily filling out the informed consent form, and cooperating with the completion of blood sampling and laboratory tests and the completion of the scale; (3) Patients with chronic heart failure who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018 and whose PHQ-9 scale score is >= 10. 2. Heart failure without depressive symptoms group: (1) Patients aged >= 18 years, with no restriction on gender; (2) Patients with certain language expression and understanding ability, understood and voluntarily completed the informed consent form, and cooperated in completing the blood sampling and laboratory tests and filling out the scale; (3) Patients with chronic heart failure who met the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018, and whose PHQ-9 scale score was < 10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with combined severe respiratory, digestive, endocrine, and hematologic diseases and severe hepatic and renal impairment; 2. Those with cardiac electronic devices; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Tumor and other psychiatric patients; 5. Those who cannot cooperate for other reasons and have poor compliance; 6. History of drug abuse.
