Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adolescents with normal balance ability; 2. age range of 10-13 years old; 3. right leg dominance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with joint, neurological or cardiovascular that affects balance training.
