Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in the "Diagnostic Criteria for Cerebrovascular Diseases" formulated by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995; 2. Initial, unilateral onset or previous episodes but no residual neurological dysfunction; 3. Stable vital signs and clear consciousness; 4. Age 40~75 years old; 5. The course of the disease is 2 weeks to 6 months; 6. Presence of moderate to severe upper limb motor dysfunction, Brunnstrom staging I-IV; 7. The selected person or his or her family members sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of epilepsy, a history of idiopathic epilepsy in first-degree relatives, and the use of epileptic drugs; 2. Heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs function decline or failure; 3. The patient has cognitive impairment, aphasia, etc. and cannot understand the therapist's instructions; 4. Posterior circulatory infarction; 5. Patients with pacemakers in the body and metal implants in the brain; 6. There are serious cervical spine lesions including severe cervical spinal stenosis and cervical spine instability; 7. Complete occlusion of the internal carotid artery on the side of cerebral infarction; 8. Direct injury to the stimulated area, skull defects; 9. pregnant women; 10. Fear of transcranial electrical stimulation, intolerance.
