RD group:40 ml of ropivacaine 0.375% + dexmedetomidine 1 µg /kg
RA group:40 ml of ropivacaine 0.375% + dexamethasone 8 mg
RDA group:40 ml of ropivacaine 0.375% + dexmedetomidine 1 µg /kg + dexamethasone 8 mg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years 2. Body mass index was 15~30 kg/m2 3. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification is I ~ III level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart and lung disease 2. Bradycardia 3. Cardiac conduction disease 4. Chronic pain treatment or chronic steroid therapy 5. Mental illness 6. Allergy to the study drugs
