research team:Remazolam 0.4mg/kg was induced and maintained at 1mg/kg.h
Conrol group:Propofol 1.5 - 2.5mg/kg induced
Propofol 6-12mg / kg.h maintenance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled to receive valve replacement surgery have no contraindications; 2. Age from 18 to 65, no gender limitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to communicate before surgery, such as coma, language barrier, etc. 2. preoperative history of mental illness, mental disorder or documented encephalopathy (such as cerebral infarction, brain tumor, hydrocephalus), etc. 3. Baseline MMSE score below 24. 4. Allergic to remazolam benzenesulfonic acid or its excipients, such as lactose, dextran, hydrochloric acid.
