esketamine group:0.2mg/ Ketamine was given intravenously during anesthesia induction, and 0.2mg/kg was added every 30 minutes to maintain anesthesia,30min stops administration before the end of the op
Control group:The corresponding dose of normal saline was given at the same time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old 2. Patients who underwent elective radical resection of gastrointestinal tumors 3. The function of liver and kidney is normal 4. Blood clotting function is normal 5. ASA grade I-III 6. Obtain the informed consent of the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to experimental drugs 2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and coronary heart disease 3. Unable to communicate before operation (coma, deep dementia, language disorder, mental disorder or mental disorder) 4. There are infectious diseases and blood system diseases 5. Increase of blood lactic acid or metabolic disorder 6. Suffering from end-stage chronic disease 7. Severe pulmonary hypertension 8. Patients with heart failure or acute myocardial infarction 9. Without the informed consent of the patient
