Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 40–80 years old, male or female; 2. complained of or were reported by a relative or accompanying person as having a decline in cognitive function; 3. obtained the following results in a neuropsychological assessment under professional instruction: MoCA score 7 points; 4. had imaging evidence that supports cerebrovascular disease, with or without a medical history of transient ischemic attack or other types of stroke; 5. had signs and symptoms caused by cerebrovascular disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment caused by non-vascular factors; 2. severe aphasia, physical disability, or any other factor that may affect neuropsychological assessment; 3. Patients with active mental illness or serious physical diseases; 4. The 17 scores of the diagnosed depression or Hamilton depression scale >= 17 points. ?
