Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18-35 years old had normal liver and kidney functions; 2. Meet the Rotterdam diagnostic criteria for PCOS; 3. It meets the diagnostic criteria of phlegm dampness syndrome of TCM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics and other drugs used in the past 1 month, oral contraceptives, glucocorticoids, anti androgens, ovulation stimulating drugs, diabetes drugs or other steroids taken within 3 months; 2. Fever, gastrointestinal disease and active infection occurred during sampling; 3. Patients with hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, severe disorders of liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, infectious diseases or psychosis, hypertension or diabetes; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
