Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. permanent residents of Hong Kong 2. aged 65 years or above living independently at home 3. diagnosed with possible sarcopenia and/or having either a fall in the past year or fear of falling with a score of =20 4. points on FES-I 5. able to speak and listen to Cantonese 6. able to walk without mobility aids in their home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with dementia or cognitive impairment 2. severe vision impairments that do not permit the using of tablet, reading of the exercise-booklet, and completing the activity diaries 3. unable to pass the preparticipation Health Screening of American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) 4. regular physical activities in the past 6 months based on the definition of WHO (Word Health Organization 2020).
