Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18~75 years old patients with dry eye and normal people

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with psychosis, cognitive dysfunction, cardio-cerebrovascular accident, malignant arrhythmia, and dysfunction of important organs. Systemic connective tissue diseases and serious autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, lupus erythematosus, thyroiditis, etc. Patients with a history of systemic or ocular surgery, trauma or other diseases requiring long-term use of eye drops
