Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. Over 40 years old; 3. The patient underwent primary unilateral TKA; 4. Preoperative knee flexion greater than 90 degrees; 5. The patient met the orthopedic specialist discharge standards during hospitalization, was discharged normally, and planned to go home instead of to a rehabilitation institution for further treatment. 6. The patient does not need surgical intervention of the hip or contralateral knee joint; 7. Regular outpatient visit and review as required, good patient compliance, and able to cooperate with the subject study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis was not simple primary knee osteoarthritis, or severe deformity, or ligament injury around the knee joint, abnormal muscle strength and other abnormal physical factors; 2. Complicated with tumor or systemic metabolic disease; 3. Patients with multiple complications (such as acute venous thrombosis, cardiopulmonary diseases, etc.); 4. Seriously high body mass index ; 5. Patients with psychological problems (mainly anxiety and depression); 6. Failure to cooperate, including failure to adhere to treatment, regular examination, follow-up or additional treatment without permission; 7. Suspected systemic or local infection
