Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All employees who participated in the 2022 Peking University People's Hospital staff physical examination; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. No history of diabetes; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of diabetes or are being treated with hypoglycemic drugs; 2. Severe anemia, HGB = 3 times the upper limit of normal, total bilirubin >= 1.5 times the upper limit of normal; 4. Serious systemic diseases including malignant tumors; 5. Mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 6. Local skin allergies, infections and other cases that are not suitable for wearing CGM; 7. pregnant and lactating women; 8. Other factors that the researchers believe affect the experiment.
