Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years who were diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension by right heart catheterization in our hospital between September 2022 and September 2023; 2. patients' medical records were available for data collection; 3. pulmonary function/airway resistance tests were completed; 4. Patients with pulmonary function showing obstructive ventilatory dysfunction were followed up for the next step.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; 2. Patients with pulmonary hypertension associated with left heart disease; 3. Patients with hypoxic-related pulmonary hypertension; 4. Patients with bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and other underlying pulmonary diseases.
