Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 80 years old. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for septic shock. 3. Noradrenaline/dopamine use time < 4h at admission
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. less than 18 years or more than 80 years; 2. ACS (acute myocardial infarction during shock); 3. Severe arrhythmia; 4, previously used terlipressin during the current ICU admission. 5. Patients have been combined with multiple organ dysfunction at admission, and the clinical outcome predicts a mortality risk greater than 90% (according to APACHE II score calculation formula: In (R/1-R) = -3.517 + (APACHE II score × 0.146) + 0.603 (limited to patients after emergency surgery) + patients' main disease score admitted to the ICU). 6. Pregnant. 7. Confirmed or suspected acute mesenteric ischemia, Raynaud 's phenomenon; 8. Organ transplantation. 9. Shock caused by non-infectious factors. 10. Hyperthyroidism. 11. Severe intracranial hypertension; 12. Patients receiving organ transplantation. 13. The infection focus is not effectively controlled, such as biliary tract infection without drainage, empyema without puncture drainage, kidney abscess without surgery.
