Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergo Maxillary Le Fort I segmental osteotomy ; 2. No fixed orthodontic device during the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cranio-maxillofacial syndrome; 2. Jaw with capsule and solid lesions; 3. Dento-maxillofacial deformity caused by tumor or trauma; 4. Systemic contraindications to surgery; 5. Unable to cooperate with follow-up.
