Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40 and 65 years old; 2. The first stroke occurred; 3. Be able to walk independently before the onset; 4. The lower extremity spasticity assessed by the modified Ashworth scale is III or below; 5. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) ) score >= 24; 6. Walking functional classification (Functional Ambulation Classification, FAC) score >= 3 points, and walk 10 meters independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe disturbance of consciousness, aphasia, mental symptoms, etc., which affect the treatment; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumor, malignant progressive hypertension; 3. Previous traumatic brain injury, other intracranial diseases or brain diseases inflammation, etc.
