Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years old 2. Preoperative MRI and CT confirmed the definite diagnosis of intraspinal subdural extramedullary tumor. 3. The longitudinal length of the tumor did not exceed 3 segments. 4. No absolute surgical contraindications. 5. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women. 2. There was spinal instability in the lesion segment and adjacent segments. 3. Severe scoliosis or spinal deformity. 4. History of other surgeries at the surgical site. 5. Infect. 6. Those who cannot follow the follow-up required by the protocol, or the investigator believes that the subject's 7. participation in the study will increase the risk. 8. Those unable to follow the trial protocol. 9. Expected survival less than 1 year. 10. Immigrants within one year of planning or people with language barriers . 11. Other serious physical or mental illness not suitable for surgery. 12. Those who are participating in other clinical trials. 13. Patients with rheumatic immune diseases. 14. Special examinations such as MRI and CT enhancement can not be performed.
