Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with significant hemodynamic ARAS (RAS stenosis >= 50%, and maximal systolic pressure gradient >= 20mmHg or mean pressure gradient >= 10mmHg at both ends of stenosis) have the following clinical manifestations: (1) renal insufficiency: staging according to GFR; (2) patients with unexplained deterioration of renal function; (3) patients agreed to be enrolled and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with weak constitution; 2. Patients with active arterial inflammation; 3. Renal artery stenosis caused by fibromuscular dysplasia and chronic kidney disease caused by other causes than ischemic nephropathy; 4. The length of renal atrophy 0.8, and the urine protein > 1g / d; 5. Patients who have received renal replacement therapy; 6. Patients with a history of severe allergy to contrast agents; 7. Patients who are not suitable for interventional treatment for other reasons
