Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>18 years old,<100 years old,regardless of sex; 2. Patients and their families understood the purpose and steps of this study, voluntarily participated in this study and signed written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infectious disease; history of malignant tumor or life expectancy less than 1 year; 2. Patients or their families refused to participate in or haven't give written informed consent.
