Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maximum tumor diameter <= 4 cm 2. BMI< 30 kg/m2 3. ASA class 1-2 4. No distant metastasis was judged by ultrasonography, CT and PET-CT 5. There was no extensive adhesion in the surgical area 6. According to the 8th edition of AJCC Cancer staging manual, the clinical tumor stage was ct1-4an0-2m0 after colonoscopy, abdominal (pelvic) CT or MRI evaluation, regardless of whether they had received preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Maximum tumor diameter>= 5 cm; 2. Malignant tumor with distant metastasis; 3. Cannot tolerate laparoscopic surgery; 4. Tumor location too low; 5. BMI>= 30 kg/m2.
