Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fourth Universal Definition of Myocardial Infarction (2018) diagnostic criteria; 2. Standards of medical care in diabetes2014 diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects suffering from diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease or other infectious diseases; 2. The research subjects have autoimmune diseases or malignant tumors; 3. Received chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery recently; 4. The collected subjects have used antibiotics, steroid hormones, acid suppressants, Chinese herbal medicines, probiotics (such as yogurt), health products, etc. within 3 months or less; 5. Other organic diseases of the digestive system; 6. There is a history of digestive system surgery in the past; 7. Women in menstrual period.
