Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. couples of childbearing age, with normal sexual life and no contraceptive measures, the woman's reproductive capacity is normal, and the woman cannot conceive naturally within 1 year due to the man's factors; 2. DFI >= 30%; 3. men between the ages of 25-50; 4. Abstinence time is 2-7 days; 5. All patients did not take any infertility treatment drugs within one month before receiving treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal semen due to chromosomal factors; 2. Azoospermia; 3. Not abstinence within the specified time; 4. Abnormal semen parameters caused by reproductive tract infection or genitourinary system and other related diseases, such as varicocele ; 5. Those who take drugs that hinder spermatogenesis and sperm motility within three months, or those who receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy, have serious primary diseases, and are mentally ill; 6.
