Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years who are about to undergo colonoscopy or treatment; 2. The BBPS score of previous colonoscopy was less than 6; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study with a full understanding of the risks and benefits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intestinal obstruction, megacolon, intestinal perforation, poorly controlled arterial hypertension (arterial systolic blood pressure & GT; 180 mmHg and/or arterial diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg), congestive heart failure, NYHA type III-IV acute liver failure, End-stage renal failure (dialysis or predialysis), pregnancy, breastfeeding, dementia, difficulty following instructions, allergic reaction to known drug components, diagnosis of phenylketonuria, diagnosis of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, resection of more than one colon segment, refusal to participate.
