Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria and have a first onset of disease within six months. 2. 18 years 17 in the MMSE (Simple Mental State Examination Form) for the illiterate group, >20 for the elementary school group, and >24 for the junior high school and above group. 7. Those who passed the hospital ethics committee review and signed the informed consent form. 8. Diagnosis of cricopharyngeal muscle failure by swallowing X-ray fluoroscopy (imaging manifestations are mainly non-opening or narrowing of the cricopharyngeal segment and uncoordinated pharyngoesophageal movements).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Progressive deterioration of the disease, unable to adhere to treatment 2. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction. 3. Patients with persistent status epilepticus or with impaired consciousness. 4. Patients with severe aphasia, cognitive dysfunction, or psychiatric symptoms who cannot cooperate with treatment 5. Patients with blood pressure higher than 180/110 mmHg. 6. Patients with structural cricopharyngeal muscle dyslaxation.
